'Step up and stop food waste' workshop
WRAP invited hospitality and food service businesses in London to participate in the TRiFOCAL project workshop ‘Step up and stop food waste - It’s happening in your business’ on June 20th.
WRAP’sfood waste industry experts presented an insightful free workshop discussing the challenges that businesses face when measuring, monitoring and tackling food waste, by sharing solutions and tailored advice to support them.
Attendees learnt how to tackle the food waste challenges facing their business today and how they can implement quick and easy steps to save money for the day-to-day running of their business.
They also received the tools and support they needed to effectively measure and monitor food waste in their business and get ahead for the Government’s mandatory food waste reporting consultation due to be released in the coming months.
