Evaluation case studies – schools
The case studies will assess the impact of the TRiFOCAL schools engagement activity. They will help other European cities to adopt actions within schools and among pupils, parents, staff and the wider community to raise awareness of food waste reduction, recycling and healthy sustainable eating.
Evaluation case studies – hospitality businesses
The case studies will assess potential impact of the TRiFOCAL project’s Business engagement and delivery projects. They will help to inform other European cities on the actions to adopt to address business and consumer behaviour around reducing food waste, increase recycling and encouraging a move towards sustainable consumption.
